Bill  Gelinas started Advanced Excavating & Paving in 1992 with a 1973  International dump truck, 1979 Case backhoe and an Eager Beaver trailer.  the company has grown over the years to currently employ over 30  people. We have an extensive list of vehicles and equipment available to  complete residential or commercial site work and paving projects, large  or small.
